A friend recommended this product to me and I was a bit skeptical, but now having used it for a few months, I am very impressed. Product worked well but it came off fairly easily and once it came off, it would not stay on again. The “X” style strips cost much less and stay on much longer.

I was so excited to try these strips based on other reviews. However, the adhesive isn’t strong enough to hold my lips together throughout the night. I bought these to be used with my nasal CPAP. But after a few hours, the seal on the strips is broken and I once again am mouth breathing. I wake up with extreme dry mouth which is uncomfortable. My quality of sleep has not improved with these strips.
