This Teko Hover mop is really just a spinning mop. It’s very good for certain, limited uses–like touching up a hardwood floor or a tile floor. I wouldn’t use it for a regular floor cleaning because it’s not strong enough. But for just a quick once over to get the dust, this works just fine.
And I really like that it’s rechargeable. But as such, the motor is just not powerful enough for tough jobs–like cleaning a tub or scrubbing stains out of the floor. I also feel like I can’t push down too hard on it or it will break. I end up using a hand scrubbing brush instead of this for the more difficult areas to clean, just as I end up using a regular push mop when I need to thoroughly clean the floors.

I’m enjoying using this mop as a microfiber dust mop and also with spray floor cleaner on my hardwood. My husband assembled it for me fairly quickly and it arrived partially charged. I think it does a nice job on my floor and makes dusting the stairs so easy. When the mop is on it does have a sound but it’s not too loud that it disturbs others. The pads are machine washable and an extra set is included.

I mean it does work technically but it is very weak and cheaply made. I definitely would not buy this again. It does come with two sets of scrub pads which is nice. But it just feels so cheap. Would also be nice if it had a sprayer like a spray mop does.
